The National Cannabis Industry Association‘s quarterly Cannabis Caucus event series is taking place in Oakland tomorrow. I have attended this event in Oregon before, and it was outstanding. It is free to NCIA members, or $50 for non-members. These events are a great way to get educated and to network with other like minded cannabis folks. Below is more information for those in the area:
As the cannabis industry heads into 2017 on a tide of new victories and new challenges, the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) will host a Northern California Cannabis Caucus on Tuesday, January 24, in Oakland.
The Cannabis Caucus is an educational and networking event designed to update cannabis professionals on the latest in policy and industry developments, while helping connect local cannabis business leaders. NCIA is the only national trade association for legal marijuana businesses in the U.S.
Featured speakers for the event include Aaron Smith, NCIA executive director, and Josh Drayton, deputy director of the California Cannabis Industry Association.
NCIA’s Quarterly Cannabis Caucus event series educates, connects, and inspires attendees, with a customized state and federal policy briefing and meaningful networking opportunities with regional and national industry leaders. The Cannabis Caucuses are held in the cannabis industry’s eight most active regions during the first month of each quarter.
This event is FREE for current NCIA members and open to other cannabis industry professionals for a donation of $50.
