Tomorrow is an important day in Louisiana. Check out the message that I received this week which can be found below:

The Louisiana Board of Medical Examiners’ monthly meeting is this Monday in New Orleans. The board will be hearing a presentation from Sensible Marijuana Policy of Louisiana (SMPL) founder David Brown and Dr. Sue Sisely. Dr. Sisely has been conducting a DEA approved study on the efficacy of medical marijauna as a treatment for PTSD.

Our allies at SMPL invite all patients, caregivers, and supporters of medical marijuana to speak out at this meeting in favor of adding chronic pain and PTSD as qualifying conditions for medical marijuana. Here are the details:

WHEN: Monday, February 19, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.
WHAT: Medical marijuana presentation at Board of Medical Examiners’ meeting
WHERE: 630 Camp Street, 5th Floor, New Orleans, LA
WHY: To support David Brown and Dr. Sue Sisely and speak out in favor of sensible marijuana policy

If you plan on attending, please RSVP to our Facebook event. We hope to see you Monday morning!

Warm regards,

David Boyer
